🐾 Cat Sitting Services – Disclaimer & Liability Statement

By engaging in KittyCare SG services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Service: KittyCare SG team member or respective pet sitter  provide non-veterinary, non-medical pet care services specifically tailored to the comfort and well-being of your cat(s) during your absence. Services may include feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime, and general observation.

2. Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency, KittyCare SG team member or respective pet sitter  will make every reasonable effort to contact you. If KittyCare SG team member & staff are unable to reach you, KittyCare SG team member or respective pet sitter reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your cat, using the veterinarian of your choice or an available emergency clinic. You will be responsible for all veterinary fees incurred.
   
   
   

3. Medical Conditions & Behavior Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform Edith or respective pet sitter of any known medical issues, behavioural concerns, allergies, or other special needs your cat may have. KittyCare SG team member or respective pet sitter cannot be held liable for incidents arising from undisclosed conditions or behaviors.
   
   
   

4. Home Access and Property: KittyCare SG team member or respective pet sitter will respect your property and home access. You agree to provide accurate information and necessary access (e.g. keys, alarm codes). KittyCare SG team member & staff are not liable for any damages or losses due to faulty equipment, pre-existing home issues, or third-party interference.
   
   
   

5. Limit of Liability: While KittyCare SG team member or respective pet sitter take the utmost care in handling your pet and home, KittyCare SG team member or respective pet sitter are not liable for any accidental injury, illness, escape, loss, or death of your cat(s) during the period of care, unless directly caused by proven negligence on  the part of the pet sitter.
   
   
   

6. Insurance: In the event if KittyCare SG team member or respective pet sitter are injured (i.e attacked or bitten) during the course of pet care by your own pets, we will take care of our own medical expenses.
